With over 20 years of diverse industry experience and a passion for mentoring others, Clint brings a unique and practical perspective to personal and professional development.

Clint holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Grand Valley State University and an Executive MBA from Michigan State University. His career journey spans from a hands-on internship in the automotive industry to executive leadership as a Vice President in the medical device sector. Along the way, he’s worked across a wide range of industries — including automotive, aerospace, bowling, home appliances, passenger rail, and medical devices — gaining deep insight into what it takes to grow, lead, and succeed in complex, evolving environments.

Throughout his career, Clint has always gravitated toward mentoring and helping others grow. Whether guiding new graduates, mid-career professionals, or senior leaders, he thrives on helping people unlock their potential, develop their skills, and move forward with purpose.
