Depending on your goals, our work may include resume review, LinkedIn profile development, interview preparation, networking strategy, promotion planning, career transitions, job-search planning, offer evaluation, or salary guidance.
Your Four-Week Roadmap
Week 1: Clarity and Direction
We will identify your most important career goal, discuss your current situation, and determine where your time and energy should be focused.
Week 2: Positioning
We will work on how you present your experience, strengths, accomplishments, and career story. This may include your resume, LinkedIn profile, promotion case, or transition message.
Week 3: Preparation and Execution
We will focus on taking action. This may include interview preparation, networking, job-search strategy, promotion conversations, or preparing for a career change.
Week 4: Momentum and Next Steps
We will review your progress and create a practical 30-day plan so that you can continue moving forward after the program ends.
Why I Created This Program
I created Pathwyz to give people clear, practical career guidance that helps them move forward with confidence and direction.
Too many people feel stuck because they are unsure where to begin or how to turn their goals into a realistic plan. My role is not to make career decisions for you. It is to help you think through your options, improve your approach, and take the next step with greater clarity.
Summer Pricing
Four one-hour coaching sessions at the standard Pathwyz rate would normally total $380.
The Summer Career Accelerator provides up to four hours of live coaching, email support, personalized planning, and four weeks of accountability for $195.

Program Guidelines
The program includes up to one scheduled hour of video or phone coaching per week for four consecutive weeks. Unused coaching time does not carry forward. Reasonable email communication is included, with responses generally provided within one business day. In-person conversations may be available when appropriate, mutually agreed upon, and geographically practical. Any in-person meeting time will count toward the weekly coaching limit.
